If you’re enrolled in the Travel Smart Rewards programme like me, chances are they would have owed you a truckload of credits due to their system which is experiencing technical difficulties. I have like $50 that is pending payment at the moment.
Days ago, I got an email from them! Good news for Travel Smart Rewards.
- November 2014 payments can now be collected
- December 2014 onwards payments can be collected latest by 28-Feb-2015
- No rush with regards to expiring rewards (by right, 3-months validity) as the email states that transfer period will last for 6 months

We apologise that due to a technical fault, November / December 2014 TSR payments to bank/CEPAS card accounts may have been delayed. We have resolved the technical issues and all November payments have been completed on 3 February 2015. Remaining December TSR payment, if any, will be completed by 28 February 2015. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the payments have been completed.
If any payment is indicated to be made to your CEPAS card (instead of a bank account), the amount will be transferred to the card when you next top-up at any AVM+ machine from 4 February 2015. The transfer period will last for six months from 4 February to 31 October 2015, so you do not need to make a special trip to transfer the payment.
